Islamic Studies for Adults
Islamic Studies for Adults at Iqra Tajweed ul Quran is a complete, structured 2-year course for adults who want to build their foundational Islamic knowledge properly — not pick it up in scattered pieces. It covers what a baligh Muslim genuinely needs to know: the basics of paki-napaki (purity), halal-haram, and jaiz-najaiz, taught alongside Quranic Arabic, Tafseer, Hadith, and Fiqh.
What Is the Islamic Studies for Adults Course?
This course is built for adults — whether you’re starting from zero or want to formalize knowledge you’ve picked up informally over the years — who want a real, structured grounding in their Deen rather than a collection of unconnected topics. It’s a genuine commitment: a complete 2-year program, not a short introductory series, covering the essential rulings and knowledge every adult Muslim needs for daily life and practice.
What You’ll Study Over the 2 Years
- Quranic Arabic — building on the same foundation taught in our Learn Quranic Arabic course
- Quran Translation and Tafseer — combining our standalone Quran Translation and Tafseer Quran courses into one complete track
- Hadith-e-Mubaraka (complete Maarif-ul-Hadith) — a full study of Maulana Manzoor Nomani’s commentary
- Basic Arabic
- Bunyadi Fiqhi Masael (complete), according to the Hanafi school of Fiqh: purity (paki-napaki), halal-haram, jaiz-najaiz

Wifaq ul Madaris Syllabus, Plus Our Own Certification
Follows the Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia syllabus. Sitting the Wifaq ul Madaris examination is optional — every student who finishes the program also receives a certificate issued directly by Iqra Tajweed ul Quran, regardless of whether they sit the Wifaq exam.
Who This Course Is For
Adult beginners wanting to properly learn the basics of their Deen, or anyone wanting a complete, structured 2-year path rather than isolated classes. Not positioned as GCSE, O-Level, or A-Level exam preparation — a traditional Islamic Studies course, Hanafi Fiqh.
This is the same course that Wifaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Pakistan itself names Darasat-e-Deeniya — also commonly known as the Darse Nizami Short Course (2 years). If you want to go all the way and become a full Aalim, we also offer the complete Darse Nizami course (8 years).
Our Teachers
All our teachers are Wifaq-ul-Madaris al-Arabia certified Aalim-e-Deen, holding a Master’s degree in Arabic & Islamiat and a personal Ijazah in Hadith from their own Sheikh-ul-Hadith. Given the depth of this course — full Maarif-ul-Hadith alongside Tafseer and Fiqh — you’re learning from teachers whose own scholarly training covers the same ground in depth.
