Translation: However, those who deny its truth shall be the real losers.
The subject of this verse becomes clear as: If the kama haqqa in this verse refers to faith in the recitation of the Quran. Then the recitation without discounting the truth would mean blasphemous denial of the Quran. Obtained by interpretation.
Similarly; Allah Pak ordered the entire Ummah through His Beloved Pace be upon him Peace be upon him in Surah Al Muzammil.
وَ رَتِّلِ الۡقُرۡاٰنَ تَرۡتِیۡلًا(سورۃ: المزمل، آیت:4)
Translation: Read the Quran continuously.
In a blessed hadith; the Prophet himself said: Many reciters of the Quran are such that the Quran curses them. On another occasion, he said: Make the Quran beautiful through your voice.
So, the above blessed verses and hadiths clearly tell us that reading the Holy Quran with the rules of Quran recitation is obligatory and necessary. And rules of reading Quran against it is a cause of sin and punishment.
